Rates & Insurance Policies

Please contact your insurance provider to confirm that Kirksey Counseling and Behavioral Health, LLC is in-network with your plan and to verify your mental health benefits, including any deductibles, copays, or coinsurance due at the time of your session.

  • Many commercial insurance plans provide coverage for mental and behavioral health services. Before you begin, we encourage you to confirm your benefits (including deductibles, co-pays, and any out-of-pocket responsibility) directly with your insurance carrier.

    Our office also works to help clarify benefits prior to starting services. We’ll review expected co-pays and patient responsibility with you and discuss how payments are handled during your initial session.

    KCBH, LLC is credentialed with many Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Check with your employer’s HR department to see whether you have EAP benefits that include a set number of sessions at no cost to you. EAP sessions follow the same confidentiality rules as insurance-based sessions.
